A native of Birmingham, AL, Fayth has been providing counseling services to diverse populations across the Southeast since 2005. These groups include adolescents/teens, college students, and minoritized populations (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, limited-income). In addition to counseling, Fayth has experience in the areas of case management, community outreach, and program development and has worked with K-12 and postsecondary institutions, community mental health centers, and federally-funded grant programs. Her counseling style is a mixture of narrative therapy, structural family therapy, creative arts therapy, and, funny enough, humor. Outside of the counseling realm, Fayth is an accomplished arts and culture curator, singer-songwriter, and mother to one truly cool teenage son.
